Overview

As most Oil Business owners started out delivering oil, and not as accountants, Herbst Insight have designed a package that, while being specifically suited to the Oil Industry, manages to incorporate the highest level of accountancy.

Take control of your own business without having to rely on your accountant for essential reporting. Insight boasts itself on its simplicity and ease of use, so even the less computer-experienced user will quickly feel at home.

The simplicity of Insight is apparent right from the start with its basic ticket entry.
From looking at his handheld, the driver can “route” himself and carry out his deliveries according to his plan for the day. When he makes a delivery, he can then “process” the order on his handheld, entering the correct ltres, cost price etc
The invoice will print immediately from his truck printer and the customer receives it on the spot. Meanwhile this invoice has been created “live” back in the office.
If the customer pays COD, the driver can enter details on handheld also, again this gets created in the office immediately.
